Assignment:
  1. Download and install netLogo (v4.1.3)
  2. work concurrently with Chapter 2 to develop the mushroom hunter program


Week 2


Class: Modeling concepts, introducing netLogo
Reading: Chapters 3, 4, and 5 of Railsback and Grimm (2012).
Assignment:
  1. Prepare a first netLogo model, with the subject to be determined in class.
  2. Follow the ODD protocol described in Chapter 3 to document your model and it's features.

Week 3


Class: Interacting Agents
Reading: Chapter 6
Assignment:
  1. Finish integration of models
  2. prepare ODD describing integrated system model
  3. describe modifications to your model required to integrate with others
  4. use behavior space to find stable equilibria
  5. read chapter 6 and do exercises at the end


Week 4


Class: Present integrated model and describe how they changed their model to integrate
Reading: chapters 7,8,9,10
Assignment: Implement other section's integrated model from ODD, 8.2, 8.4, 9.4, 9.7, 10.3
